
Real-Time LCA - Online
Key Learning Outcomes:
- Based on specific projects, you will learn following:
- Building your own library of constructons and using enviromenttal data to calculate the climate impact of quantities.
- Automation of LCA calculations with “Auto-Mapping” of environmental data on volumes for fully automated LCA calculations.
- Analysis of results and strategies to reduce climate impact.
- Involvement and QA of LCA calculations.
This course covers the essential processes involved in leveraging Real-Time Life Cycle Assessment for construction projects. You’ll learn how to conduct building LCA iteratively from early design stages to final documentation.
Duration: The course will start with a one-hour introduction, followed by two one-hour follow-up sessions online.

What You will Learn:
- How to create and manage a project in Real-Time LCA using Revit structures.
- Best practices for key LCA processes, including quantity extraction, environmental data mapping, analysis, and result communication.
- Techniques for automating LCA calculations and strategies to reduce environmental impact.
Prerequisites:
- Basic knowledge of LCA, Revit, and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs).
Preparation:
- Accept the course invitation and set up your Speckle Revit Connector 8 days before the course starts.
- If you do not have a full Revit license, a Revit viewer can be used. NTI can assist with setup if needed.

- Supporting materials provided for use during and after the course.
Language: Taught in Danish, with English materials.
